  1. 1968 – 1972: Lecturer in Mime, Movement, Voice & Speech, Verse Speaking, Teaching Method, Rose Bruford College.
  2. 1972 – 1977: Freelance lecturer/tutor in Voice, Movement, Verse, Director of Productions at several London drama schools including: The Drama Studio, London (also Vice Principal 1974 -76), The Webber Douglas Academy, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, E15 Acting School.
  3. 1977 – 1981: Special Lecturer in Drama, Department of Drama, University of Manchester: First Year Tutor, Director of Productions, ran courses in Mime/Movement, Voice and Oriental Theatre.
  4. 1981 – 1991: Professional actor: worked in community theatre, Theatre in Education, repertory theatre, at The Royal National Theatre, in television and radio.
  5. 1991 – 2002: Head of Acting, BA (Hons) Acting Studies, The Arden School of Theatre, City College Manchester (validated by Manchester University): Course and Team Leader; subjects taught included: Verse, Acting Study, Theatre History, as well as Director of Productions across all years.
  6. During this period I also continued to act and direct professionally.
